Ocean Terminal Deck is located in Harbour City located in Tsim Sha Tsui on the Victoria Harbour. You will probably know Harbour City as it is one of the cities major shopping malls. The rooftop observatory deck offers 270-degree views of Victoria Harbour from a different viewpoint than that of Kowloon Public Pier and Tsi Sha Tsui Promenade and has become an iconic sunset watching spot.

The rooftop observatory deck is free entry and open from 07:00 – 24:00.
